These Terms cover your use of JumpStudy AI and the waiting list. They're written to be readable; the short version is: use it to learn honestly, and we'll do our part to keep it useful and safe.

This document is a plain language template provided for transparency while JumpStudy AI is prelaunch. It is not legal advice and will be reviewed and finalized with counsel before public launch.

01 Acceptance of terms

By joining the waiting list or using JumpStudy AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02 The service

JumpStudy AI is a learning and study tool that provides AI assisted tutoring, explanations, a whiteboard, quizzes, flashcards, and study planning. It is an aid to learning, not a substitute for your own work, your instructors, or professional advice.

03 Academic integrity

You are responsible for using JumpStudy AI in accordance with your school's academic integrity rules. Use it to understand and practice, not to submit AI generated work as your own where that is prohibited.

04 Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

05 Acceptable use

  • Don't misuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to breach the service.
  • Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.
  • Don't use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

06 Your content

You retain ownership of the materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide and improve the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

07 AI output

AI explanations can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important answers. Brain and other visuals are symbolic and do not represent medical or scientific measurement.

08 Waiting list & early access

Joining the waiting list does not guarantee access or pricing. Early access perks (such as bonus usage) are offered at our discretion and may change before launch.

09 Pricing & changes to pricing

Prices, plans, free-trial lengths, and usage limits may change at any time. We'll give reasonable notice of changes that affect an active paid subscription before they take effect. For waiting-list and early-access users, any preview pricing is not a guarantee of final launch pricing.

10 Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JumpStudy AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11 Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service over time, and may suspend accounts that violate them. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
